I am a pastor, certified spiritual director and an adjunct professor in leadership and spiritual formation. I am married to Ryan and mom to three energetic teenage boys.
I live in the Pacific Northwest, a born and raised Oregonian. So naturally, I do enjoy a good cup of coffee and a misty hike in the woods or along the coast. I love living in the PNW and every time I get to travel, I always want to come home to Oregon.
My passion is to see people grow, heal and transform and live into the fullness of who they are in Christ. I want to be an inviter of spiritual renewal and practice for anyone who is interested. My desire is to create safe spaces for transformation and change, whether that be an individual or group capacity.
I hold a Masters Degree in Spiritual Formation and a certificate in Spiritual Direction from Portland Seminary. I enjoy working with adults who are interested in finding relationship with God and developing a deeper awareness of their life and God in it. I have a heart for leaders who often find their roles lonely and isolating. I am interested in the practices of the spiritual life, particularly prayer.
I find it important to listen well to the stories of those I work with, all the intricacies and details. I am not afraid of your pain.
I’m glad you’re here. I hope you find this space to be accessible, restful and where you continually feel seen.
